For this release, we have added the highly-sought after feature request of notification when an appointment is upcoming. Here’s the major changes

- Month view in appointment
Task is now available
There was feedback on how it might be difficult to remember all the things I’ve to do. In order to ease this pain, you can now add a task to a lead. A task will appear in your calendar (Google calendar too if you sync!). Now you can ensure that you will remember to follow up with your customer!

Notification when task or appointment is upcoming
We are most pleased to introduce our notification feature. Whenever you add an appointment or an task, you can now set a reminder. For example if you set Reminder at 1 Hour before, we will drop you an email about the upcoming appointment or task! in the future, there would also be in-app notification where you will be notified if you are online using QuickDesk. Do let us know if this is really good for you and we can push it faster 🙂
Month view for Calendar
Currently, we only have a week view for appointment, we have just added the month view to allow you to view all your appointment at one glance! Here’s how it looks like,
