New Product Updates

This week, we have released new exciting updates thanks to the feedback from all of you users once again 🙂 . Here’s what they are:

  1. Detection of duplicate leads during import time
  2. Voice mail is now a call outcome
  3. Google calendar integration with Appointment! [Experimental]


Detection of duplicate leads during import time
We understand that at import time, your imported .csv file might contain duplicate records. At step 2, when we detected rows with the same name and number, we will indicate that there’s duplicate. It is up to you to decide if you want to remove or not 🙂

Voice mail is now a call outcome
We thought that the Call Back outcome will suffice when the user answers the phone and replied that they were busy or when the call reaches voice mail. However, there were feedback of the need to differentiate both outcome. Introducing voice mail as an outcome!

Google calendar integration with Appointment! [Experimental]
We understand that coming into QuickDesk just to check your appointment might be tedious. So we have now integrated appointments with your google calendar! When you add or delete an appointment in QuickDesk, it would be reflected in your Google Calendar automatically!

This is a new experimental feature, if there’s any issue, please let us know 🙂 To get started, simply go to your Account settings page (top right) and select Sync. Once we have sync successfully, you would see the below.

We just introduced new exciting features into the product. There’s more in the pipeline that we’ll be sharing with you soon. (Hint Hint, ability to attach file to a lead and multiple scripts for a lead)
